SEWAGE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW SEPTIC INSTALLATIONS AND FOR REPAIRS TO EXISTING SEWAGE SYSTEMS!
The Oakland Township Board of Supervisors resolved that any resident lodging a sewage complaint against another resident must complete a Sewage Complaint Form and submit to the Township along with a $250 fee. The Township will have their SEO investigate the complaint. If it is legitimate, then the $250 will be returned to the resident. If it is unfounded, then only the portion of the $250 that is over and above the cost of the SEO investigating will be refunded.
