BID NOTICE
Sealed proposals will be received by Oakland Township of Butler County, at 565 Chicora Road, Butler PA 16001 until 1:00 PM on November 6, 2024 to be opened at approximately 7:00 PM during the monthly Board of Supervisors Meeting for the following:

1: 100’ of 12” N-12 F2648.ST IB.
2: 120’ of 15” N-12 F2648.ST IB.
3: 40’ of 18” N-12 F2648.ST IB.
4: 60’ of 24” N-12 F2648.ST IB.
5: 160’ of 30” N-12 F2648.ST IB.
6: (1) 2x2x2 Catch Basin & Grate
7: (2) 2x4x2 Catch Basins
8: (2) 2x4 Steel Frames
Liquidated Damages Apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality and in a sealed envelope marked “Materials: November 6, 2024”. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Oakland Township. The Municipality reserved the right to reject any or all proposals.

Liquidated damages apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality and in a sealed envelope marked “Labor/Stone: November 6, 2024”. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Oakland Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
